End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you ("User", "you") and ModVault ("we", "us") regarding your use of mods and content distributed through modvault.snugglesmp.com. By downloading any mod from ModVault, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. Nature of Mods

Mods available on ModVault are independently developed modifications for Minecraft, created by community members. They are not official Minecraft content and are not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft® is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios.

2. License Grant

Each mod distributed through ModVault is licensed to you by its individual creator, not by ModVault. The licensing terms for each mod are determined by its creator. Unless otherwise stated by the mod creator, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• Download and install the mod for personal use.
• Use the mod in your personal Minecraft game client or server.

This license does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, modify, or reverse-engineer any mod unless the mod creator explicitly permits it.

3. No Warranty

ALL MODS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH MODVAULT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER MODVAULT NOR THE INDIVIDUAL MOD CREATORS WARRANT THAT ANY MOD WILL:

• Be free from errors, bugs, or defects.
• Be compatible with your version of Minecraft or your system.
• Be free from security vulnerabilities.
• Not cause damage to your Minecraft installation, game saves, or device.
• Operate without interruption.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Installing mods can cause Minecraft to crash, behave unexpectedly, or corrupt game saves.
• Mods may conflict with other mods, Minecraft updates, or system software.
• ModVault's virus scanning is a precautionary measure and does not constitute a guarantee of safety.
• You are solely responsible for backing up your Minecraft worlds and data before installing any mod.
• You assume all risk associated with downloading and using mods from this platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MODVAULT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY MOD OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of game data or saves.
• Damage to your device or software.
• Loss of time or productivity.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation applies even if ModVault has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ModVault and its administrators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of mods obtained through the Service or your violation of this EULA.

7. Minecraft EULA Compliance

Your use of any mod must comply with Mojang Studios' Minecraft End User License Agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of mods does not violate Mojang's terms. ModVault is not responsible for any violations of Mojang's EULA that may arise from your use of mods.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. ModVault may also revoke access to specific mods or the platform at any time.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
